The Paths of Wine
A tour through the precious vineyards of Vulture and their wineries with tastings of typical products and the most prestigious labels (Rionero in Vulture, Monticchio Bagni, Rapolla). An initial meeting with participants before the guided tour through the vineyards, a sip of wine paired with tastings of cold cuts, cheeses, and baked goods to match the various types of white, rosé, red wines, and sparkling wines. Walking among the vine rows on the slopes of the volcano, smelling the aromas of wild herbs that enrich their fragrances is the quintessential sensory experience.
The Paths of Olive Oil
A tour through the olive groves of Vulture and tastings at the mill of freshly pressed oil (Melfi, Rapolla, Rionero in Vulture). Meeting and experiencing with farmers who work their land to cultivate and transform the fresh product into oil to be tasted with vegetables and bruschetta. Understanding the value of ancient traditions, the slow passage of time is the invaluable resource to be experienced among the olive trees and aromatic herbs.
The Paths of Honey
A tour through the activities of beekeeping families and their precious product (Ripacandida, Melfi). Visiting companies linked to beekeeping, tasting various types of honey, candle and/or candy workshops, sensory experience with essential oils of aromatic herbs.
The Paths of Lavender
Visiting agricultural companies and meeting with entrepreneurs. Walking among the rows, activating workshops (Venosa, Lavello, Rapolla) manipulative or holistic experiences (yoga, meditation, Qi Gong, mindful dance) to be proposed among the blooming lavender fields.
The Paths of Karma
Holistic paths offering meditation, Qi Gong, Reiki treatments, Shiatsu treatments, Yoga, mindful dance (Maschito and Forenza) in small villages and the pristine countryside landscape.
Nature Walks
Discovering the most precious essences and medicinal plants present in various seasons of the year, walks in the chestnut groves of Vulture (chestnut tasting or chestnut-based products only in October), walks along the Monticchio lakes or towards the two viewpoints on the lakes.
Ceramics Workshops and Raptor Park
A tour to create a gadget and experience the thrill of being in contact with falcons, owls, owlets, hawks (Melfi). Meeting falconers in the raptor park and a ceramic artisan in her workshop to prepare a lucky owl.
E-Bike Tours
In the Vulture area to experience the thrill of discovering a unique territory where agriculture and nature interpenetrate each other. Asphalt roads as well as dirt roads or mountain trails will be proposed depending on the requests.
