If the consultancy is that of the Iaccarino family, creator of the great Mediterranean restaurant in Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi and of which you will find some dishes here proposed, we must however give credit to the merit and talent of the chef Donato De Leonardis. His is a fully successful cuisine, which ranges with skill from Lucanian citations to oriental hints and maintains balance and harmony, without ever derailing, even in the most original dishes.
